We accept cashier’s checks, money orders, paypal and credit cards via our secure site. Production on your extraordinary pet bed starts as soon as your payment clears.

Domestic shipping for your pet bed including our signature tote bag is $35.99. Shipping for additional slipcovers is $6.99. We strive to reduce shipping and handling costs and are willing to combine shipping if at all possible. We usually ship our items via UPS but also use USPS and other carriers from time to time.

We certainly do, however, international shipping costs are largely dependent on the destination country. Please contact us before you order to determine the shipping costs for your location. Again, we make every effort to keep shipping and handling costs as reasonable as possible.

If you are not satisfied with your She-She Thronz purchase for any reason you may return it for refund of the purchase price minus a 25% restocking fee within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, returns will not be accepted for any reason. The customer is also responsible for both original and return shipping charges. The pet bed must be returned to us in new condition in the original packaging. If the product has been used, your request for a refund will not be honored. It is also against our policy to issue partial refunds.

Since production starts as soon as your payment clears, we ask that our customers notify us of cancellations no later than 24 hours after an order is submitted. Your request should be e-mailed to us at . We will respond within a reasonable amount of time to confirm your request.

We take the health of our pets very seriously and so we strive to use materials that will not be harmful to them. Our beds are hand painted using lead free, water based paint. They are protected with a final coat of water based clear coat. If, however, your pet happens to decide that gold fringe or a wooden spindle is an ideal snack, please do not hesitate to contact your family Vet or the Animal Poison Control Center at 1-888-426-4435.

Pet health also drives our return policy. Under no circumstances will we process a return for a bed that has been used.

The spindles are removable to facilitate easy transport of your pet bed. We travel a lot with Charlie and discovered early on that he was a much happier traveler if we took his bed along.

With our original bed the spindles were attached and this design was fine until we started traveling with it. We were constantly bumping the spindles on the trunk or doors of the car and noticed, over time, that the spindles were getting chipped and damaged. This discovery led to a design change to keep our She-She Thronz bed looking sharp.

NOW, if you are traveling with your pet and would like to take your She-She Thronz along, all you have to do is remove the spindles and pop them in our exclusive mini travel bag. Our signature tote is big enough to accommodate all four spindles in addition to a fair amount of treats & medicine. The bag has been worth its weight in gold to us. Charlie’s necessities no longer get mixed in with those of the rest of the family. His things are organized in his very own bag and he loves it!

A standard size pillow fits perfectly in our bed and will easily accommodate small to medium sized pets in the 40 pound and under range. We do not recommend purchasing a She-She Thronz bed for pets over 50 pounds. As each bed is built by hand, exact dimensions may vary slightly but they are always around 15 ½ inches high, 27 ½ inches wide and 17” inches deep.
